Digital Employee Experience (DEX) Designer

Cravety is looking for a Digital Employee Experience (DEX) Designer to be part of our collaborative team and reshape the digital workforce experience, especially for frontline and hourly employees - a traditionally hard-to-reach group.

As a Cravety Digital Employee Experience (DEX) Designer, you’ll be housed at a client’s headquarters in Memphis.  You’ll directly support our client, a Fortune 50 global logistics leader, in a variety of ways: namely as a content strategist and writer, and as a project and account manager.  You’ll work closely with our client’s Human Resources, Corporate Communications, Operations, and Legal teams to ensure engaging and personalized experiences are digitally delivered to their candidates and employees every day and at various touchpoints.

The ideal candidate will have five to 10 years of communications experience, and a bachelor’s degree in communications or a related field.  In addition, we’re looking for a communications pro who is:

  • A strong, creative, and engaging writer with a demonstrated ability to create compelling, conversational content for the “small screen” - mobile apps, social media, etc.

  • Skilled at agile project and account management with an ability to think outside the box and consistently meet deadlines and deliver results

  • A collaborator with different internal teams to ensure corporate guidelines and standards are adhered to and met in a timely manner

  • Familiar with (light) graphics creation with non-technical tools such as Miro, PowerPoint, etc.

At Cravety, you’ll have the opportunity to work with a high-energy, nimble team … one that is driving innovation so that today’s ever-changing workforce feels seen, heard, and valued in a very human way.  Our culture encourages creativity, collaboration, and positivity.  While the DEX position is a contract one, it may lead to a longer-term path due to future growth.  This position reports to Cravety’s Chief Product Officer but takes daily direction from our client.

*This is a 50-week, full-time (40 hours a week) contract position starting in mid-January 2023.  A hybrid schedule is offered, with three days on site and up to two days remote.

To Apply:  Please share your current resume along with a persuasive one-page cover letter to careers@cravety.com by Monday, December 5, 2022.
